PAT McCLOSKEY
|
Pat McCloskey jokes that he learned to run fast because he was the smallest kid in class, with the biggest mouth. Pat tried every sport. He just never really was good at any of them, until track, and triathlon. He signed with the Saucony Triathlon Team right out of high school, and was able to travel extensively racing triathlons. A student of the sport, McCloskey began to coach while still a Temple University Phys Ed major. He spent time producing events and as a designer for a major sportswear manufacturer. Pat has also been the mascot performer for the Philadelphia Zoo, the Philadelphia Wings and the Philadelphia KiXX

Zeffi Angelikas
|
Zeffi attended Frankford High School where she played volleyball, basketball and softball. She achieved several All-Public honors as well as Inquirer Player of the week several times. Volleyball led Zeffi to West Chester University for 2 years until transferring to Temple University where she received her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and currently works for the West Chester YMCA as the Associate Executive Director. She has been with the YMCA for 9 years.
Zeffi was the starting quarterback for the Philadelphia Phoenix Women’s Football Team (formally the Philadelphia Liberty Belles) for the first 6 seasons of the league. Zeffi led her team to the first ever National Women’s Football Association championship in Pensacola, Florida where they dominated the Pensacola Power 40-6. She has been seen on the Lou Tilley Show, Lynn Doyle Show and was featured in Women’s Sports Illustrated and Philadelphia Magazine.

SHANNON GRADY
|
Shannon Grady was a Penn Relays Championship of America Mile winner as a senior from Sun Valley High School in Aston, PA. She went on to run for the University of Florida where she earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Shannon has taught human anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology and exercise prescription courses. She worked as an Exercise Physiologist for the US Women’s Rowing Team. Shannon was the head Speed, Strength and Conditioning coach of the WUSA’s Philadelphia Charge. Shannon currently races nationally and internationally for the PowerBar Racing team.
